Siobhan O’Connor is from Carndonagh and has won national acclaim on both whistle and flute. From a musical family, Siobhan graduated from Conservatory of Music and Drama at Dublin Institute of Technology. She has recorded and toured in Ireland and Europe in many collaborations. Since returning to Inishowen Siobhan and her sister Mairead are actively teaching music in the area.
