Michael Gallanagh from Buncrana is a key figure in music and songs of the peninsula. He has performed in many genres of music, with musicians in France, London and with his Buncrana band The Pyros.

It is his unique versions of local songs that have earned him the respect of music lovers far and wide.

When not active with the Inishowen Traditional Singers’ Circle, Michael is in demand for his guitar accompaniment for local musicians.
